Julia Adams
Julia Adams is the senior academic program coordinator for CLE, where she supports academic operations and student services. She previously served as a medical residency program coordinator in the Johns Hopkins Department of Surgery and has held leadership roles in healthcare operations, overseeing client relations, laboratory coordination, and operational teams. Julia earned her B.A. in Environmental Studies, with a minor in Conflict Analysis and Dispute Resolution, from Salisbury University. A Baltimore native, she is committed to supporting students and strengthening the CLE community.

Carey Arkwright
Carey is a senior administrative coordinator. She has been with the CLE for eight years, and has lived in Baltimore for over 25 years. She is a Towson University graduate, with a BS in Art.

Tifphany Cantey
Tifphany is the administrative manager for CLE, where she oversees daily operations, administrative planning, and resource coordination to support the center’s mission. She holds a B.S. in Business and Mass Communication from Towson University, and an MBA in Project Management from American Intercontinental University. Prior to joining CLE, Tifphany spent ten years in the federal acquisitions and procurement field.

Tracie McElroy
Tracie McElroy is the academic program administrator for CLE's Master of Science in Engineering Management and Master of Science in Global Innovation and Leadership through Engineering programs. Tracie has previously worked for Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Student Registration and Doctor of Philosophy Program Management. She is a George Mason University graduate with a B.A. in Psychology and has also earned a Graduate Certificate in Information Systems from the Carey Business School.

Emily Myrick
Emily is the communications associate for CLE. She plans and promotes CLE's signature event HopStart: Hopkins New Venture Challenge, as well as smaller programs throughout the year. She also manages the CLE, MSEM, and MSIL websites and CLE social media accounts, creates content and promotional assets in support of CLE activities, and assists with graduate recruitment. Emily has an MFA in creative writing from the University of Maryland as well as MA and BA degrees in English from Georgia State University.
