CLE alum Pava LaPere (’19) will lead FastForward U’s newly-formed accelerator program. LaPere helped found CLE-sponsored student organization TCO Labs as a Hopkins undergrad, and will bring the skills she acquired leading the organization’s Hatchery accelerator to her new position.

As a Hopkins innovation hub, FastForward U “provides the training and resources to empower emerging student entrepreneurs to develop ideas and disruptive technologies into successful startups,” according to their website.

The accelerator will have two tracks for student entrepreneurs: the Spark track for students just developing their startups, and the Fuel track which will help teams “grow and scale their ventures and will cover customer development and investor pitches, among other advanced topics,” according to the Hub.

Students interested in learning more about the new accelerator program can visit FastForward U’s website. Applications to join the fall cohort are due Sept. 9. Apply now!
