Submitting Final Documents

If you accept our offer, you must contact your institution(s) to have your official academic transcripts showing degree conferral sent directly to the Office of Engineering Graduate Admissions. Admitted students have until the end of their first semester at JHU to submit their official transcript with degree conferral.

We prefer digital transcripts sent via email to WSEGrad-Transcripts@jhu.edu. If your institution does not offer digital transcripts, you can mail documents to:

Delays in receiving these documents may prevent registration in your first or future terms. Please contact the Graduate Engineering Admissions Office for more information. If your transcripts are not issued in English then the original language and English translation are required and must be from a professional third party service through www.atanet.org.
