Starting January 24th through February 4th, drop-in sessions are held as VIRTUAL ONLY from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Virtual Participation:

1. Complete this form during the drop-in hours listed above. Forms submitted outside of these hours will not be processed.

2. Once the form is submitted, the confirmation page will include a link to our Zoom drop-in waiting room. 

3. Click the link to enter the waiting room. When the drop-in advisor on duty is available, they will admit you to the Zoom meeting room. 

This is not intended to be an appointment reservation system. Forms received outside of those hours will not be processed and will be discarded.  


Starting February 8th through April 28th, drop-in sessions are held as IN-PERSON ONLY from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. No sessions are offered during the week of Spring Break.

** Drop-In sessions may move to virtual in case of inclement weather. Please call the office to confirm.**

In-Person Participation:

Students can stop by 125 Wyman Building during the drop-in hours and meet with an advisor. Students will need to complete a form when they arrive at the Engineering Advising Office. There will be a laptop available for students to complete the form at the office, but the students may also use their personal laptop or phone to complete the form.


Drop-In sessions are intended to last no more than 10 minutes to ensure we can assist all students in a timely manner. Students who are unable to attend drop-in hours or have more in-depth questions during the semester should email their assigned academic advisor to schedule an appointment.
