Engineers Week

National Engineers Week, which is usually held in February, is an annual celebration of the contribution that engineers make to our world. You can find the exciting program and schedule for this year’s E-Week at Johns Hopkins at engineersweek.jhu.edu.
Order of the Engineer

The Order of the Engineer was initiated in the U.S. to foster a spirit of pride and responsibility in the engineering profession, to bridge the gap between training and experience, and to present to the public a visible symbol identifying the engineer. Induction into the Order of the Engineer usually occurs in May for students who are completing Bachelor of Science degree in ABET accredited programs. Information about the ceremony will be shared in the spring semester.
