The Johns Hopkins University student chapter of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) won several awards at the 2023 AIChE Annual Student Conference in Orlando, FL, from Nov. 3 to 6, 2023. The Johns Hopkins Undergraduate Delegation was led by Student Chapter President Yuseong “Nick” Oh.

The Donald F. and Mildred Topp Othmer Scholarship Awards of $1,000 each are awarded to chemical engineering students for their outstanding academic achievement and involvement in student chapter activities.
Adam Tobin-Williams – 2022-2023 First Year Student Recognition Award
The First Year Student Recognition Award is presented to one active AIChE undergraduate student member in each student chapter who has been the most active in their student chapter during their freshman year, on recommendation of the student chapter advisor.
