Professor Rong Li was recently awarded a RO1 grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The 4 year, approximately 1.3 million dollar grant is entitled, “Asymmetric Meiotic Cell Division of Mammalian Oocytes” with collaborators Professor Sean Sun (Mechanical Engineering, JHU) and Petr Kalab (ChemBE, JHU). The grant was awarded by the NIH’s National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD).
