In July, Michael Tsapatsis, Bloomberg Distinguished Professor in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and the Applied Physics Laboratory, traveled to France for a series of lectures for the CRNS. Tsapatsis visited lab facilities and gave lectures in Paris, Lille and Caen. He was nominated by Svetlana Mintova, director of research at the University of Caen and president of the International Zeolite Association.
