David Gracias, Professor in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, led a team that has recently published findings pertaining to research in mini-brains. The team created a miniature EEG cap to study activity in a model brain the size of a pen dot. The research and findings were published in the journal Science Advances, authored by Ph.D. candidate Qi Huang, who is listed first among 17 total co-researchers.
