Jamal Molin, graduate student working with Ralph Etienne-Cummings, has been awarded the prestigious Department of Defense Science, Mathematics, and Research for Transformation (SMART) Fellowship. The SMART Fellowship was established by the Department of Defense to support undergraduate and graduate students pursing degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines. The program aims to increase the number of civilian scientist and engineering working at DoD laboratories.
