Julia Deutsch is a senior at Johns Hopkins University majoring in computer engineering and minoring in computer science and philosophy with a focus in cyber security. She will present a Target Breach Response Study at the Senior Executive Cyber Security Conference that will allow organizations to learn and possibly deter future target breaching.
