Last night, the Argentina Higher Educator Exchange Program delegation visited the Argentina Embassy in Washington, DC. The event was attended by representatives from eight Argentine universities, including a representative from Universidad Nacional del Sur, professor Pedro Julian’s home university. Universidad Nacional del Sur (UNS) often participates in research exchanges with Johns Hopkins University and several professors have visited Johns Hopkins University through their educator exchange program, including professor Andreas Andreou.

Recently, professor Ralph Etienne-Cummings and professor Julian have worked with UNS and JHU to create a joint research effort on Life Science and Technology. To date, ten scholars have participated in the research exchange program between Johns Hopkins University and Universidad Nacional del Sur.
