“As a mentor, I think the best part has been that I’ve been given the ability to give back. The only reason why I’ve made it to where I am today was because of the help of several people along the way. Being first generation, this was crucial in my development and ensuring I’m following the right path. I’ve always wanted to find a way to do the same for others and the Thrive program has given me that opportunity. ”
Dr. Miguel Diaz Lopez, 2024-2025 THRIVE Mentor
