Conference Room Scheduling

Faculty and staff may check availability of the conference room (Maryland Hall 103) using the link below. In order to access the calendar, you must log in using your JHED ID.
The conference room is available to all Materials Science and Engineering affiliated faculty, staff, and students. Students wishing to schedule a time for the conference room or inquire about its availability must contact Jeanine Majewski, Ellen Libao, or Amy Weldon.
The department has a teleconferencing account with Infinite Conferencing. Faculty and staff who require use of the account may schedule time using the “Teleconference Reservation” calendar on the department Sharepoint site. In order to access the calendar, you must log in using your JHED ID. If a double booking is necessary, please contact a member of the DMSE staff to add an additional teleconference room.
