Society for Biomaterials (undergraduate and graduate)
The JHU chapter of the Society for Biomaterials is a multidisciplinary student group that focuses on promoting biomaterials research and the advancement of education and awareness of biomedical and biomaterials sciences by organizing field trips, research seminars, and networking and social events. The group includes undergraduate and graduate student members from several departments in the School of engineering, and the School of Arts and Sciences.

The Materials Graduate Society (MGS) focuses on the advancement of materials scientists and researchers at the graduate and post-graduate levels.
