the Materials Science and Engineering Achievement Award is given for outstanding achievement by a graduating senior in the department: Sijia Li
The Robert B. Pond Sr. Achievement Award is given to the graduating senior who best represents Professor Pond’s commitment to scholarly and humane values: Michelangelo Fichera
The Senior Design Engineering Award is given in recognition of outstanding contributions to the design and conduct of an independent research project: Shin-Jae Lee
The Capers and Marion McDonald Award for Excellence in Mentoring and Advising is given to honor teachers, researchers, and administrators who consistently support the personal and professional development of their students: Orla Wilson
