Johns Hopkins University ranked in the top 10 of 100 worldwide universities awarded patents

The information used to prepare the report is sourced from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and serves to highlight the incredibly vital role that universities play in research and innovation. For the year of 2016, Johns Hopkins University was listed in the top 10 at number 7, with 167 patents.
