The Department of Civil and Systems Engineering is pleased to announce that Kimia Ghobadi and three PhD candidates gave keynote speeches at the 2021 Accreditation Board for Engineering & Technology (ABET) Symposium.
Ghobadi, John C. Malone Assistant Professor in the department, opened the symposium with a keynote speech on April 14th. PhD candidates Ensheng (Frank) Dong, Hongru Du, and Maximilian Marshall closed the conference on April 16th with their keynote regarding their work to build and maintain the JHU CSSE coronavirus dashboard while modeling the global coronavirus pandemic.
The ABET Symposium is an annual event for accreditation, assessment and the global exchange of best practices in STEM education.
