Each year, graduating Engineering students are invited to become members of the Order of the Engineer and the Pledge of the Computing Professional, and during this event, students will pledge to honor the profession of the engineering, computer science and other computing-related programs, and to uphold and promote engineering ethical and moral behaviors as they transition to careers of service to society.
The 2025 Order of the Engineer and Pledge of the Computing Professional Induction Ceremony will take place on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in Hodson Hall, Room 110 on Homewood Campus. The event will run for about two hours, with a light reception to follow in Hodson Hall.
