Harry R. Goldberg, associate professor of biomedical engineering and assistant dean at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, focuses on the development of virtual learning systems to enhance science education for undergraduate and medical students. His innovative use of technology for medical education has resulted in the development of a medical app—BurnMed—that uses images, video and text to quickly teach the steps needed to stabilize a patient after a burn.
He received his MS in computer science from Johns Hopkins University and his PhD in molecular biophysics from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
