VPC-Making Vaping Visible and Manageable for Adult Users

Project Description:

VPC is a hardware add-on designed to make vaping behavior visible and manageable for adult users. Many adult vape users, especially frequent users and those trying to reduce nicotine intake, lack clear real-time feedback on how much they are consuming. Our solution attaches to existing vape devices and translates puff behavior into simple, immediate usage data shown on the device. By making puff count and usage patterns visible at the moment of use, VPC supports greater awareness, self-management, and more informed decision-making. The project combines product design, behavioral insight, and early-stage business validation to explore a practical and responsible-use transparency tool for the adult vape market.
