Flowcura: An Offline-First Medical Logistics Platform

Project Description:

Flowcura is an offline-first medical logistics platform designed to ensure real-time visibility of medical supplies in disconnected and high-risk environments. In settings such as military operations, disaster response, and remote healthcare, current systems rely on manual tracking and fragmented communication, leading to delayed resupply and critical shortages. Flowcura addresses this gap by enabling frontline personnel to log medical usage instantly through a simple mobile interface that works without internet connectivity. The platform continuously updates inventory levels and uses predictive analytics to forecast shortages before they occur, enabling proactive resupply decisions. By creating a closed-loop system where real-time usage drives logistics actions, Flowcura transforms supply chains from reactive to predictive. Initially targeting military medical units, the solution also extends to humanitarian missions and rural healthcare systems. Flowcura ultimately improves operational readiness, reduces inefficiencies, and ensures that life-saving care is never limited by supply availability.
