2026 Hopkins iGEM- Oralis

Project Description:

Oralis is a needle-free, oral mucosal norovirus vaccine designed to target the primary sites of pathogen entry. Its stability at room temperature and easy delivery via a press-on strip or retainer-based gel allows it to be easily deployed around the world. Oralis utilizes a synthetic-biology based modular system to allow for rapid adaptation to diseases beyond norovirus.
