2026 Johns Hopkins Undergraduate Brain Computer Interface Society- Motor Imagery Based EEG Control System
- Program: Computer Science

- Year: 2026
Project Description:
We are focused on using motor imagery brain signals to control an external sixth finger prosthetic. Motor imagery is a signal caused by imaging the action, separate from those signals that control/ cause the action. The results of our experiment would be support for the use of such control to rehabilitate patients with limited mobility. We are currently in the process of developing the right combination of experimental design, hardware, and algorithm decoding to isolate motor imagery signals.
