Project Description:

This project explores the key characteristics of emergent leaders within group projects. This would entail more through academic group settings and we would try to nd the identifying traits, behaviors, and outcomes associated with eective leadership in collaborative, project-based environments. Our main form of evidence would be through peer surveys and past research projects.
