Fred Torcaso is a senior lecturer in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Statistics.
He received his BA in 1988 from the University of Connecticut, and his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1998. He joined the Johns Hopkins faculty in 2002.
