Join us as we come together as a community to celebrate the ending of the fall term and the anticipated beginning of spring! Celebrate a last gathering of the academic term and say farewell to your colleagues as you revive and rejuvenate over the next few weeks. Health Promotion and Well-Being will be providing tips to manage (and enjoy!) the holidays and an activity to encourage learners to reflect on 2024 and think about goals for the coming year.
