Favorite Material: Tungsten Diselenide (WSe2) – p-type 2D TMD semiconductor with a nearly temperature independent field-effect hole mobility. When twisted and stacked it has an interesting morie superlattice which leads to a flat band structure that can produce ferromagnetism, superconductivity, and Wigner crystals.
