The Center for Learning Design and Technology Audio/Video Department (CLDT AV) manages, maintains and provides support for technology in CLDT controlled spaces. This includes turning systems on, troubleshooting issues, adjusting audio and video equipment, etc. In addition, the team is responsible for planning AV upgrades to spaces and providing consultation on AV related projects. Instructional Studios
Instructional studios are specifically designed for live online course delivery and are also great for recording lectures. Lightboard Studios
The lightboard studio is a dynamic option for recording lectures. Each studio is equipped with an illuminated glass Lightboard that allows instructors to face viewers while projecting slides and writing, drawing, or solving equations.
Production Studio
The standard production studio is our most versatile option. It is equipped with a high-definition multi-camera & multi-microphone setup, professional lighting, teleprompter, and screen capture tools. Clients can use classic studio backdrops or a green screen for virtual backgrounds, and a variety of set-dressing options.
Training Rooms & Classrooms
Classrooms and training rooms are perfect for hybrid learning approaches, providing users with an on-campus learning space for in-person and online delivery. Similar to the instructional studios, these classrooms are equipped with HD cameras, advanced microphone setups, large classroom displays, and a user-friendly touch-screen controller.
Huddle Rooms
Huddle rooms offer a comfortable meeting space for both in-person and online meetings. These spaces are perfect for small teams of 5 or less. Each huddle room is equipped with HD camera capture, advanced microphone setups, and large monitors to view participants or shared content. Users can easily join a Zoom meeting and control the room cameras with a user-friendly touch-screen controller.

Conference rooms offer a comfortable meeting space for in-person and online meeting participants.
