M. RAJU obtained his PhD in Experimental Condensed Matter Physics from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi in 2013. His doctoral and postdoctoral research focused on developing thin film forms of quantum materials. Raju’s ongoing research at the Institute for Quantum Matter, Department of Physics and Astronomy, focuses on fundamental science and the technological prospects of thin film multilayers consisting of nanolayers of magnetic, heavy-metal, semimetal, and superconducting materials. At Materials Characterization and Processing (MCP) facility, Raju oversees the thin film growth and X-ray characterization of materials.
