The RG-200 bioprinter combines jetting, contact dispensing and electrowriting technologies with a full range of auxiliary process options to build simple or complex cell-laden constructs. It is equipped with independent temperature management of each material cartridge, extrusion nozzle temperature and workzone to ensures optimal print conditions. The bioprinter is also equipped with electro-spinning and writing technology to allow the creation of micro- and nano-fibers. The instrument modularity provides the option to easily and quickly change the base plate according to experimental design. Four different workzones can be selected to manage temperature in the physiological range or above, to generate micro- and nano-fiber, or to simply print in specific labware. This bioprinter will be used as the primary biofabrication instrument for this application.
