DESCRIPTION:Join us as we come together as a community to share food and drink and celebrate feelings of appreciation\, positivity\, and connection. Health Promotion & Well-Being staff will be on hand to help you cultivate a gratitude practice. Attendees can create a gratitude jar\, customize a mini journal\, and start writing with a gratitude prompt. We encourage all attendees to contribute a non perishable food item at the event to help support the JHU Food Pantry.
