Recreating a Classic
Five Hopkins students from the Center for Leadership Educations’s Advertising & Integrated Marketing Communications class placed second in the Honda Civic Marketing Challenge sponsored by EdVenture Partners, winning $5,000 for the Center for Leadership Education. Having placed in the top 3 among the 20 competing universities based on the results of their semester-long integrated marketing campaign, these student won an all-expenses paid trip to Honda headquarters in Torrance, CA. The students were treated to a networking dinner and lunch with Honda’s ad agency, Rubin Posteur & Assoc. and senior Honda executives, and then enjoyed a full day at Disneyland, compliments of Honda.
