The award is made possible through a generous gift from Gordon Croft and aims to support doctoral students at Johns Hopkins University who are interested in environment, energy, and sustainability related areas.<\/p>\n<p>The Fellowship will support a research project titled <strong>Visible Light Driven Photocatalytic Polymer Matrix Nanocomposites for Water Treatment<\/strong>. The research aims to understand the photocatalytic behavior of polymer matrix nanocomposites (PMNCs) and provide insight for maximizing performance in applications requiring disinfection of water or surfaces.
