I have never seen such overwhelming support between students or departments; in my first week working here I found myself both being offered help to move in to my apartment as well as traveling to the Medical Campus in order to begin talking about a project with the School of Public Health. There are so many opportunities easily available to help with my research since Johns Hopkins is so open to interdisciplinary collaborations, and I look forward to taking advantage of them!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Jennifer Dailey is a graduate student researcher in Dr. Howard Katz<\/a>‘s lab, where she experiments with various platforms (optical, electrical, etc.) to create sensors for applications such as food safety and health care settings.
