ESSA case managers provide tailored support for students navigating complex challenges and, when necessary, guide students through the process of taking a Leave of Absence. The office collaborates with students to highlight their strengths, increase access to resources, and support them in staying on track toward their academic and personal goals. The review provides an opportunity for the student to self-evaluate their research and academic progress.<\/p>\n In the Spring, the Academic Program Administrator will send the form to all Ph.D. students and faculty. If a student has more than one Research Advisor, both Advisors should participate in the evaluation process and must sign the evaluation form. Students should complete the evaluation form and meet with their advisor(s) to discuss progress and goals for the following year.
