Brint Cooper<\/a>, will serve on the National Academies Panel on Review of In-house Laboratory Independent Research (ILIR) in Network Sciences at the Army\u2019s Research, Development, and Engineering Centers (RDECs). This panel of experts will independently assess the quality of foundational research projects conducted at the RDECs and will contribute to the National Academies report summarizing the panel\u2019s findings.<\/p>\nThe report will be delivered to the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology, Congressional offices, and selected Department of Defense (DoD) offices and will be posted on the website of the National Academies Press.
