We propose a modular retrofit that transforms this liability into three profit centers: hydrogen, captured CO\u2082, and electricity. Aspen Plus simulations size two staged water-gas-shift reactors achieving \u226597 % CO conversion, followed by amine absorption to capture \u226595 % of the CO\u2082 and PSA units delivering \u226595 %-pure H\u2082 at \u226590 % recovery. Heat released in the exothermic shift drives a steam turbine, offsetting utility costs.
