Tiffany T. Sanchez is a senior lecturer in the Center for Leadership Education\u2019s Leadership Studies Program. She earned her bachelor\u2019s degree in English literature and German language from the University of New Mexico, her master\u2019s degree in college student personnel from Bowling Green State University, and her EdD from Vanderbilt University\u2019s Peabody School of Education, where she studied how engagement impacts workforce development in urban \u201ccollege towns.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sanchez has more than 20 years of experience in higher education, including women\u2019s education and leadership, social justice and advocacy, LGBTQ identity and leadership, program development and assessment, strategic planning, and leading through change.
