The 25th annual HopStart: Hopkins New Venture Challenge took place on Friday, April 25 at the Inn at the Colonnade. Seventy-five teams, 254 students, and 30 judges participated in the event. Undergraduate and graduate students from the Carey School of Business, the Bloomberg School of Public Health, Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, The Peabody Institute, and the Whiting School of Engineering were represented in this year’s competitors and prize winners, who took home HopStart awards totaling $36,000. The Pava Center for Entrepreneurship, A-Level Capital, and HopStone Capital provided additional awards totaling $12,500. Michael Rosenbaum, Founder and CEO of Arena Analytics, delivered the keynote address at the awards ceremony. A full list of winners is below.<\/p>\n
