Data<\/h2>\n<h3>Program Educational Objectives<\/h3>\n<p>Recent graduates of the Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering program will attain within a few years of graduation:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Succeed in careers in industrial, academic or government organizations in which they apply their chemical and biomolecular engineering skills to solve diverse long-standing or emerging problems<\/li>\n<li>Excel in their graduate program, medical school or other professional education<\/li>\n<li>Be recognized as future leaders in their chosen field<\/li>\n<li>Perpetuate the JHU legacy of passion for learning, technical excellence, community service and research innovation to foster knowledge creation, lead discovery, and impact society.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Student Outcomes (2020)<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Students graduating with a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering demonstrate:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>An ability to identify, formulate, and solve complex engineering problems by applying principles of engineering, science, and mathematics.<\/li>\n<li>An ability to apply engineering design to produce solutions that meet specified needs with consideration of public health, safety, and welfare, as well as global, cultural, social, environmental, and economic factors.<\/li>\n<li>An ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.<\/li>\n<li>An ability to recognize ethical and professional responsibilities in engineering situations and make informed judgments, which must consider the impact of engineering solutions in global, economic, environmental, and societal contexts.<\/li>\n<li>An ability to function effectively on a team whose members together provide leadership, create a collaborative and inclusive environment, establish goals, plan tasks, and meet objectives<\/li>\n<li>An ability to develop and conduct appropriate experimentation, analyze and interpret data, and use engineering judgment to draw
