Jeffrey Gray<\/a>, professor in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, was elected to the Board of Directors of the Open Molecular Software Foundation<\/a> (OMSF). The foundation works to advance molecular sciences by building high-quality, open-source\u00a0software and sustainable communities for research software development.<\/p>\n

Gray leads a research group focused on computational protein structure prediction and design\u2014particularly protein-protein docking, therapeutic antibodies, and glycoproteins\u2014and deep learning. He is the co-director of Rosetta Commons and a long-time contributor to research software development, such as RosettaDock, RosettaAntibody, RosettaCarbohydrate, the\u00a0ROSIE web server<\/a>, and the PyRosetta interactive platform.<\/p>\n
