Thi Vo<\/a>, assistant professor in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, is the recipient of a Ralph E. Powe Junior Faculty Enhancement Award. Vo is one of 35 winners out of 167 applicants for the one-year, $5,000 award, the funds being matched by Johns Hopkins University. The award, sponsored by Oak Ridge Associated Universities<\/a>, aims to assist young faculty members with research seed money.<\/p>\n

Vo\u2019s project, titled \u201cSupramolecular engineering first principles driven sequence design of hybrid polymers,\u201d is focused on filling critical gaps in the knowledge of macromolecular self-assembly.
