Unsure of what to choose?\u202f We recommend AS.270.220 Dynamic Earth or AS.270.205 Introduction to Geographic Information Systems and Geospatial Analysis.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW87995691 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mathematics (16 credits)<\/strong><br \/>\n<span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW244556459 BCX0\">Like natural sciences, mathematics is fundamental to engineering theory and practice.\u202f The <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW244556459 BCX0\">CaSE<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW244556459 BCX0\"> curriculum includes courses in Calculus, Linear Algebra and Differential Equations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Humanities and Social Sciences (15 credits)<\/strong><br \/>\n<span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW256254508 BCX0\">This Whiting School requirement recognizes that human-centered engineering design relies not only on strong technical skills, but on an appreciation for the humanities and social sciences as well.
