Research from the Department of Applied Mathematics and Statistics will be presented at the 2022 NeurIPS <\/span>(Neural Information Processing Systems) conference set for Thursday, Nov. 29 through Friday, <\/span>Dec. 9 in New Orleans.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

An annual machine learning and computational neuroscience conference, NeurIPS is<\/span> considered a flagship event for the machine learning and AI communities. Only<\/span> 2<\/span>5.7 % <\/span>of papers submitted to this conference <\/span>w<\/span>ere<\/span> accepted by the <\/span>NeurIPS<\/span> program committee. <\/span>Researchers will present a poster in person, as well as a recorded video presentation that will be included in the virtual program.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
