Early November -- to approve candidates who have: (1) completed requirements over the summer, or (2) registered for the fall term and completed all requirements by the eight-week deadline--these students receive a full tuition reimbursement for fall.
Early February -- to approve candidates who completed requirements during the remainder of the fall semester.
Early May -- to approve candidates who completed requirements in the spring semester. Approval may be given contingent upon satisfactory completion of courses in process.
