The Center for Refugee and Disaster Response (CRDR), at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, develops and implements emergency systems that meet the needs of underserved, vulnerable populations in crisis.

CRDR is a unique, collaborative academic program conducted jointly by the Department of International Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing.

CRDR partners globally with nongovernmental organizations, international and governmental organizations, as well as other research institutions on field-based research and humanitarian projects.

Associates serve a three-year term that is renewed at their request.
